The Children’s Behavioral Health Clinician will determine the nature of client’s situation, initiate treatment plan, provide individual and family counseling, facilitate all aspects of clinical care, and document progress. Clinician will be responsible for general coordination of counseling services and have sufficient personal mobility to complete field work at various locations.
Position will require flexible work schedule to include evening and weekend hours as necessary. Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including two (2) doses of a 2-dose series or one (1) dose of a 1-dose series plus fourteen (14)( days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience
- Master Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Two – five years post graduate work experience required.
- Possess current valid State of Alaska driver’s license with a record acceptable to KIC’s Insurance carrier.
- Alaska State licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychological Associate required.
