The Midlevel Provider will provide preventative, primary and emergency care and work as a team with other health care providers, CHA/P and first response teams to ensure continuity and quality community health care for the assigned rural site. All employees are expected to act as ambassadors for EAT, by promoting and supporting healthy and positive community relations.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Five (5) years of primary/emergency care experience required
- Experience in Rural cross culture setting preferred.
Certificate/License:
- Licensed in the State of Alaska.
- ACLS certification required.
