Provide accurate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care either directly or indirectly through the supervised efforts of support staff, to the patients of Samuel Simmonds Memorial Hospital and retail consumers.
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; an advanced degree (Pharm D.) preferred.
- Completion of a residency with a minimum of two years post-graduate clinical practice experience or equivalency in retail and inpatient pharmacy preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support card, and active membership in both state and national pharmacy organizations are preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Must have valid unrestricted license to practice pharmacy and to dispense controlled substances within the United States.
